Zoe is a dedicated chartered & fellow adviser who is leading the way in helping clients in vulnerable circumstances. She proudly serves on the SOLLA advisory board, contributing to the development of the ‘gold standard’ for later-life advice, alongside her other board roles which also focus on vulnerability and ethics.
After gaining a distinction in her master’s degree in finance, Zoe is also an independent researcher for The Finance in Society Research Institute, working on publishing academic research, to share theories and best practices that will have a positive and lasting impact on society.
She loves helping her fellow advisers and has a passion for behavioural science – particularly in understanding how vulnerability can impact our clients’ decision-making abilities and coming up with ways to communicate and document advice across the generations to create fabulous client outcomes.
